Step into the heart of Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre - our versatile and state-of-the-art Auditorium. This flexible space is designed to bring your creative vision to life, whether you're staging a grand theatrical production, hosting a music concert, or organising a community event.
Our Auditorium boasts a flexible flat floor space with two banks of retractable raked seating. The main bank offers 280 seats, including 8 wheelchair-accessible spaces, while an additional recessed space provides 72 seats in three rows.
This recessed area can also function as an orchestra pit, adding another layer of versatility to your performance options.
We offer several layout configurations to suit your specific needs:
- Standard End-On Theatre Layout: Provides maximum stage space (12.5m x 9.8m) and is perfect for large-scale productions.
- Medium Performance Area: Includes a raised stage (8m x 4m) and additional floor seating, accommodating up to 448 attendees.
- Small Performance Area: Features a compact raised stage (8m x 3m) with seating for up to 512, ideal for intimate performances.
- Function or Cabaret Layout: Transforms the space for sit-down dinners of up to 300 people, cabaret-style events, or standing cocktail receptions.

Access and Loading
We've designed our Auditorium with easy access in mind. Our loading dock, located at the rear of the building with entry from Colden Street, offers ample space for truck parking and includes a platform lift.
With level access from the loading dock to the scene dock, transporting sets, instruments, and other equipment is a breeze.
Please note that all loading dock access must be arranged in advance with our Technical Coordinator.
