Accessibility

Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality cultural experiences for the entire community. If you have accessibility needs, such as a hearing aid or require accessible seating, please notify our Box Office staff when booking.

Our venue is fully accessible, with ramp access to the main entrance and emergency exits, and a lift servicing all levels. Seating in accessible rows is reserved for patrons with specific needs.

Unallocated seating may be released once all other non-reserved seating is filled. Up to 8 designated wheelchair locations are available in the standard and medium theatre layouts, and up to 16 in the maximum seating layout (512 seats). The Box Office and bar also have accessible service areas.

All back-of-house areas are accessible, with street-level entry via the Stage Door.

Inclusive Access & Facilities

For those driving, designated accessible parking spots are available in the main car park behind the Centre, with a convenient drop-off zone located at the front entrance. Inside, accessible bathrooms are provided in the main foyer for public use.

Additionally, back-of-house areas are equipped with accessible toilets and showers to accommodate performers and staff with accessibility needs.

Certified assistance animals are welcome throughout all public areas of the Centre. For patrons using hearing aids, the auditorium is equipped with a hearing induction loop. To utilise this feature, simply switch your hearing aid to the “T” position to enhance your auditory experience.
