General Ticketing Information

How Do I Buy Tickets?

You can purchase tickets to any of our performances in two ways:

  1. Online: Visit our website at www.wollondillypac.com.au anytime.
  2. Box Office: Open Wednesday to Friday, 10am – 3pm, or one hour before each show. You can call us at (02) 4677 8222 or visit us at the corner of Colden and Menangle Street, Picton.

Please note, the Box Office and website are the only authorised ticket sellers for events at Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre. Always purchase through these channels to avoid fraudulent websites. Learn more about safe ticket buying HERE.

How Can I Pay for My Tickets?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (VISA and Mastercard)
  • EFTPOS
  • Cash
  • Gift vouchers

How Do I Get My Tickets?

We offer three options for receiving your tickets:

  1. Box Office Collection:
    • Collect tickets during opening hours (Wednesday to Friday, 10am - 3pm), or one hour before the performance starts.
    • Arrive 30 minutes before the show to avoid queues.
    • Standard ID and proof of concessions may be required.
  2. eTickets:
    • Select the print-at-home option or show your eTicket on your mobile phone at the door for scanning.
  3. Standard Mail:
    • Tickets can be mailed to you. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. Available for performances more than 14 days away, and for tickets not requiring ID proof.

When Should I Pick Up My Tickets?

We recommend picking up your tickets at least 30 minutes before the show starts. The Box Office will be busy with immediate ticket sales during this time.

What If I Forget My Ticket?

If you forget your ticket, we can reprint it at the Box Office. Bring ID and allow extra time for assistance.

What If My Tickets Are Lost?

Lost tickets can usually be reprinted. Contact us on (02) 4677 8222 or visit the Box Office at least 45 minutes before the performance.

Can I Get a Refund?

Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated as per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Refunds are not issued for illness, unavailability, or change of mind. For exceptional circumstances, please contact the Box Office.

What Concessions Do You Accept?

We offer concession-priced tickets for holders of:

  • Government-issued Pensioner Concession Card
  • Health Care Card (excluding Australian Seniors Card)
  • Seniors Card
  • Veterans Affairs Card
  • Current Full-Time Student Card

ID must be presented when collecting tickets.

Do You Accept Companion Cards?

Yes, we support the NSW Companion Card Program. Companion Cardholders are entitled to a complimentary ticket for their companion. Please contact the Box Office to book using a Companion Card.

Do I Need to Purchase a Ticket for My Baby?

Children under 12 months old (babes in arms) are admitted free as long as they don't occupy a seat. Children over 12 months must have a valid ticket.
